We are a full-service custom homebuilder and residential remodeling company. Bringing together skilled, experienced tradesmen and led by a seasoned, licensed general contractor that has established a reputation for integrity, honesty and superior-quality work.
From our distinctive custom-built homes, to our award-winning Street of Dreams project, to our complete home remodels and successful completion of hundreds of beautiful, one-of-a-kind kitchens, bathrooms, floors, entryways,…If you can think of it we can build it. We have considered it our privilege to build our customers’ dreams.

We understand that our industry, as a whole, has a less-than-stellar reputation for integrity and honesty. Our team works toward a higher standard every day to overcome this starting-line disadvantage.
Raised in the trades, Peter Riggio has seen first-hand the results of substandard work, frequently having to correct prior construction, in order to complete a current project, or to finish projects abandoned by irresponsible, or unqualified contractors. We understand the emotional and financial toll that this kind of experience can take on a family.
Dream Builders Consultants strongly supports the implementation of tougher building industry standards in Washington State, including establishing a contractor board and mandatory, regular testing to maintain a general contractor license.
We believe in slow and steady growth for the company, which means a majority of our team have worked together with us for over a decade. As we grow our team grows!

After your initial project is done, we want you to feel eager to bring us back for your next job and to enthusiastically refer us to your friends. We are always on call to offer you consultation and advice—even after your job is finished.
Education: We understand that most of our clients are not experienced in building and remodeling. You can count on us to be patient, to answer your questions honestly, and to recommend and explain an approach that we believe will result in the best possible outcome for your project. In addition, we are pleased to serve as a resource for clients who want to learn about industry pitfalls so they can protect themselves and make informed decisions.
Honesty. We don’t take every job. We put ethics before profit. We will not refer a tradesman or subcontractor to you unless we believe that person will perform to our own standards. We will give you an honest estimate, knowing that some of our competitors will bid less with the intent of winning your business, and then boost their profit margin with change orders once the job is underway. Our bid will most likely not be the lowest one you receive, but we hope you will give us the opportunity to explain why.

Peter Riggio chose a career in the building industry. Peter brings more than 30 years of experience in the building trade and led an early on successful career as a master stone mason. Great sense of ethics and honesty guides the company's operating principles and decision making.
Peter Riggio
Peter often says he didn’t choose a career in general contracting because he failed at something else—he knew from a young age that he would work in the building industry. As a general contractor, Peter capitalizes on his innate ability to understand mechanics and to “make things work.”
Since he began working in the industry in 1985, Peter has worked “hands on” in flooring, tile, marble, finish carpentry, cabinetry, stone mosaic and murals, and other building trades in Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii. This comprehensive experience serves him well in the custom homebuilding side of business, where all the trades come together in the creation of the new home.
He considers honest and direct communication to be the most important factor in his relationships with customers and the company’s success.
Away from work, Peter enjoys surfing, skiing, fishing and spending time with his children John David, Samantha, Daniel and granddaughter Raylie.
