Peter Riggio has been a great GC Consultant resource for us during our building project. In the beginning we had difficulty getting good quality subcontractors to respond to our needs since we were new to the GC world. Once we hooked up with Peter we were able to get great subcontractors as well as great ‘stick & rudder’ on the timing of subcontractors and when to order materials for the different trades. Peter was responsive, personable, pleasant to deal with, and extremely knowledgeable about the technical aspects of construction. He just took a great deal of the stress out of the process for us as well as saving us a great deal of time and money.
